2. Data we process and purposes of processing
Enquiries and calculators
We process your name, business email address, company name, phone number, comment, selected service and the requirement parameters entered in a calculator.
Purpose: to calculate an indicative price, respond to your enquiry, contact you and prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and developing business relationships.
Direct communication
When you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details, the content of your message and information related to the enquiry.
Purpose: to respond, provide information or support, or administer a contractual relationship.
Legal basis: performance of a contract, steps taken before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in maintaining business communication.
Website security
We may process your IP address, request time, technical browser and device data, and calculator usage counters.
Purpose: to secure the website, identify disruptions and limit automated or excessive form use.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website and information systems.
Website and campaign analytics
With your consent, we process the page address, visit and interaction data, cookie identifiers, campaign parameters such as UTM tags or a Google Ads click identifier, and technical browser data.
Purpose: to measure visits, form submissions, clicks on quote buttons and contact details, and evaluate the results of four Google Ads campaigns.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can change at any time in the cookie settings.
3. Sources of data
We receive data directly from you when you complete a form, use a calculator, send an email or call us. Technical website usage data is collected automatically from your device and browser.
4. Required data
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process an enquiry. Without this data, we will be unable to calculate a result, respond to the enquiry or prepare a proposal. Please do not include special-category data or unrelated third-party data in comments.
5. Recipients of data
Data may be accessed only by INFO‑TEC employees who need it to administer the enquiry or service. Where necessary, data may be processed on our behalf by website hosting, email, IT infrastructure and other system service providers subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations. With your consent, website and campaign analytics data is processed by Google as the provider of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities, courts or professional advisers where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
If a technology service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we apply safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
7. Data retention
We retain enquiry data submitted through the website for up to 24 months from receipt, unless the data becomes part of a contractual relationship or longer retention is required by law or to support legal claims. When the data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.
Analytics retention periods are configured in the Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts. Your consent choice is stored in your browser for 12 months.
A securely hashed IP address identifier used for form submission limits is retained for up to 48 hours, while the active limit of 2 submissions applies for 24 hours. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
8. Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive data you provided in a structured format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

9. Automated decision-making
We do not use data submitted through website forms to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Calculator results are indicative and final proposals are prepared individually.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when website functionality, data processing practices or legislation changes. The latest version is always published on this page with the date of the update.
